“Potential-4” introduces up-to-date conditioning
technologies used for different types of contaminated
water depending upon the ways of its further utilization.
Our company is a member of “Potential-4” group of
companies. This group was found 30 years ago (in 1976)
and works successfully both in Kyiv and in other regions
of Ukraine.
POU “Potential-4” develops and
deploys effective energy treatment technologies for a
waste waters and strong sewages from electrochemical
facing, oil refining, brewing, malt, confectionery, meat
and milk products, domestic animal rearing, processing
of agricultural products (juicing, vegetable cans etc.),
leather and fur currying, other branches of industry—to
satisfy the requirements for sewage discharge into a
sewerage, into waterways or for reuse.

“Potential-4” introduces innovational kind of facility —
sewage pump installation with build-in treatment unit (SPI
with BTU) for contaminated water with a buffer area of
20 m. Such buffer area was designed by the group of
companies “Potential-4” in 1996 and has an approvance
for usage even at out-of-sewer areas. It allows to place
them at a working floors and health centers.
POU “Potential-4” is a holder of
technology for dreinage of the recycled waste waters
from the object(even if there’re no reservoirs for them)
through a dissipated drain of them to soil waters
through a closed insulated bioplateau. This technology
is implemented in case there’re geologically auspicious
conditions.
POU “Potential-4” solves a problems
with sewage sludge processing and recycling, purified
water reusage in recycling and sequential water supply
systems both at the plant and for agricultural
irrigating with obtaining all necessary recommendations
from specialized institutes.
POU “Potential-4” introduces the
highly productive installations with no power
consumption for rain water treatment (to the level to
satisfy the requirements for fishery industry).

suppliers of highly effective equipment for water and
sewer sludge treatment: EKO-CELKON, BIOTHANE, Wilo, JPR
system and many others.
POU “Potential-4” fulfills the adoption of wastewater
treatment projects for foreign companies to satisfy the
requirements for waste-water treatment facilities
construction and design in Ukraine.

products plant”, “Epitsentr K” Company, CJSC “Konti”,
OJSC “Komsomolske ore management”, “Volvo Ukraine”
Company and many other ukrainian plants are using
inventions of POU “Potential-4”.
POU “Potential-4” has the license ¹
ÀB 316011 to deal with design,
construction and start-up work, commission, maintenance
and engineering work all over Ukraine, such as object
observation, technological research of some contaminated
water, technological development and its technical and
economic basing (mostly free of charge), design,
construction, start-up and service during all
exploration period of an existing treatment plants (with
flexible terms of payment).
