POU „Potential 4”
utilizes industrial wastewater treatment technologies
for purification of industrial waters from:
- food industry (confectionary producing plant, seed-oil producing and refining factories, milk plants, meat-packing plants and so on.);
- light industry (cloths production from natural and synthetic fibers, textile and haberdashery mills, knitted fabric mills and so on);
- mechanical engineering;
- metallurgy;
- ñagricultural industry(live farmings).
Communal wastewater treatment
POU „Potential-4“
develops and deploys local installations for household
wastewater treatment.
Also it introduces innovational construction – sewage
pump installation with build-in treatment unit (SPI with
BPU), designed for drainage, purification and
desinfication of household waste waters. We use the
newest scientific and technical achievements in water
purification and disinfection, domestic and foreign
water treatment equipment in project development.
Process flowsheet of household wastewater treatment
considers of such stages:
- physicochemical reused water treatment with sand
separator, phase spreader using reagents and
excessive biological
solids;
- complete biological treatment of reused waters in
bioreactors with water adopted organisms;
- deep treatment and
getting rid of microorganisms and viruses using
ultrafiltration installations;
- aerobic stabilization and dehydration of
sedimentation sludge for further it can be used as a
fertilizer;
- usage of bioplateau, as a engineering-biological
waterprotective installation for reused water
treatment and drainage.
Treatment of water from melting snow and rainwater.
POU “Potential-4”
develops treatment technologies of such waters for
units with different production capacities. Treatment
technology depends on requierements for waters on
discharge or recycling of waters.
Quality of reused waters satisfies the requirements for
discharge into household or fish industry waterways.
Purified reused waters can be used for irrigating of
territory and plants, for car washing, as technical
water for equipment cooling i.e.
Treatment of water from equipment washing (automobiles, trams, cars a.s.o.)

developed treatment plants that fulfil purification of
rainwaters and reused waters from car washing
contaminations, so they can be utilized in reverse cycle
or discharged into waterways.
Treatment technologies for waters from washing equipment
include:
- removal of sand with the
help of separators with auger feed to containers;
- coalescence of emulsified crude oil for further
biodestruction in sorbitol cartrige biofilters;
- closed hydroponics bioplateau with groups of
microorganisms fixed on inert substance (can functionate
for over the year, because of thermo-insulation with
inert volumetrical material, that allow growing plants.
Even in winter their rhizomes (roots) are purifying
waters. There’s no open surface at a closed hydroponics
bioplateau, that’s why there’s no mosquito and other
insects reproduction during the mild weather.) |
